Job Title: Data Analyst / Founder’s office
Location: Delhi Headquarters located in Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join the Founders Office. This role involves working directly with the leadership team to drive strategic decisions by transforming raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling large datasets, building analytical models, creating dashboards, and providing recommendations that impact company-wide growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Analytics & Insights
- Work closely with founders to identify business challenges and leverage data to provide solutions.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on business performance, customer trends, and operational metrics.
- Build predictive models and frameworks to support strategic planning and new initiatives.
2. Dashboarding & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain real-time dashboards and KPI trackers for leadership visibility.
- Automate recurring reports to provide timely insights to cross-functional teams.
- Present complex findings in a simplified, actionable format for decision-makers.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs.
- Support founders in review meetings with data-backed insights.
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across departments.
4. Data Management & Quality
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Develop processes for data cleaning, enrichment, and validation.
- Evaluate and implement analytics tools to improve reporting capabilities.
Key Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Python/R for data analysis.
- Experience in Zoho Analytics would be a PLUS!
2. Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving ability and a knack for uncovering trends and insights.
- Ability to structure complex problems and communicate findings effectively.
3. Soft Skills:
- High ownership and ability to work directly with founders.
- Excellent communication
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments without too much guidance (Self starter)
