Full job description We’re Hiring: Project Data Entry & Analysis Executive Are you detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and data? Join our team and be a part of dynamic project operations! Role Brief: This is not a core accounting role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with structured data, Excel, and MIS reporting in a project-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain project-wise data trackers, MIS sheets & dashboards in Excel • Data entry, verification, and regular updates (timelines, costs, resources) • Prepare basic analysis reports — progress summaries, trends & variance tracking • Identify discrepancies & coordinate with project teams • Support project managers with clean, actionable data Candidate Profile: ✔ Strong hands-on experience in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) ✔ High accuracy with numbers & attention to detail ✔ Background in MIS / Data Entry / Operations / Project Coordination preferred ✔ Good communication skills (written & verbal) ✔ Typing speed with accuracy Experience Required: 1–3 years Note: We are looking for candidates with an analytical mindset in project/operations roles — not accounts or bookkeeping profiles.
