Job Description: Manage client leads after order placement to ensure fulfillment.Provide after-sales service to keep existing clients satisfied.Collect genuine feedback from clients.Service clients from order receipt to payment collection.Resolve all client queries and questions.Educate clients about company products or services.Handle complaints, escalate issues when needed.Understand and solve client queries effectively. Key Skills for Client Relationship Management: Polite disposition.Rigorous follow-up ability. Confident communication (spoken & written) with colleagues and clients. Ability to understand situations and act accordingly.Proactive approach. Thorough knowledge of products/services.Availability for calls. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
