The Secondary Packing Incharge is responsible for supervising all secondary packing activities and ensuring that finished pharmaceutical products are packed correctly in outer cartons, shippers, and market-ready packaging according to approved specifications, batch records, and GMP requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise all secondary packing activities such as carton packing, label application, insertion of leaflets, shipper packing, and sealing. Ensure correct use of approved cartons, labels, inserts, stickers, and shipper materials. Verify batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, MRP, and artwork before starting packing. Conduct line clearance before and after each batch. Maintain daily packing records and batch packing documentation. Coordinate with QA, warehouse, and production departments for uninterrupted packing flow. Supervise packing workers and assign duties efficiently. Check finished packed goods before transfer to finished goods store. Ensure GMP, hygiene, and safety compliance in the packing area.
