Open Positions / Specialties ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Emergency / Casualty Oncology Ward & Oncology Procedures OPD / Day Care Job Summary A reputed premium women cancer hospital in Delhi is hiring qualified and experienced nursing professionals to deliver high-quality patient care across critical and specialty departments. The role involves clinical care, patient monitoring, assisting in procedures, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols, safety, and infection control standards. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care based on assigned department (ICU / Emergency / Oncology / OPD / Home Care) Monitor vital signs, assess patient condition, and promptly report abnormalities Assist doctors during procedures, surgeries, and emergency interventions Administer medications safely following standard protocols (6 Rights of Medication) Handle critical care equipment (ventilators, monitors, defibrillators, infusion pumps, etc.) Perform triage and emergency response in casualty settings Provide specialized care including ventilator support, invasive lines, and critical patient management Assist in oncology treatments including chemotherapy support and cytotoxic drug handling Support OPD operations, minor procedures, and patient counselling Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Ensure strict adherence to infection control and biomedical waste management protocols Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care Eligibility Criteria Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing Certification: Valid Nursing Registration (Mandatory) Experience: 1–5 years of relevant experience (ICU / Emergency / Oncology / OPD preferred) Skills Required Strong clinical and critical care knowledge Emergency handling and quick decision-making ability Hands-on experience with ICU and emergency equipment Knowledge of oncology procedures (preferred for oncology roles) Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments Work Conditions Rotational shifts Fast-paced, patient-centric environment Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
