Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify new opportunities in defence, government, private, and electronics sectors.
- Moreover, build strong relationships with procurement teams, OEMs, and partners.
- Support bid preparation and align proposals with client needs.
Sales
- Present company solutions clearly and effectively.
- Additionally, negotiate and close deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Marketing
- Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns.
- Create brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Research market trends and competitors.
- As a result, highlight company strengths such as Make in India.
- Share feedback to improve products and solutions.
Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D, product, and leadership teams on proposals.
- Coordinate customer demos and support tender documentation.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communications.
Customer Management
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Ensure delivery meets customer requirements and quality standards.
- Follow up on payments as per contract terms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred.
- Experience range:
- Entry Level: 1–5 years
- Mid‑Level: 5–10 years
- Senior Level: 10+ years
- Strong technical understanding of electronics/ATE solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
