Senior Consultant – Business Consulting

Subexis seeking a motivated Business Revenue Assurance Consultant withstrong telecom domain expertise to support assurance and consulting engagementsacross global operators.

Thisrole requires solid understanding of telecom revenue streams, risk areas, andoperational processes, along with the ability to engage customers, conductworkshops, and contribute to solution development.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Analyze telecom revenue streams (prepaid, postpaid, interconnect, roaming, fixed line) and identify associated risk areas.
• Support consulting engagements by understanding customer environments and recommending assurance solutions.
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and align stakeholders.
• Perform research on emerging telecom assurance areas and industry trends.
• Collaborate effectively as an individual contributor or team member to achieve project goals.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, and presentations using MS Office tools.

WhatWere Looking For:

• 5 to 6 years of experience in Business Assurance Revenue Assurance within telecom.
• Strong understanding of telecom call flows and customer lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of revenue risk areas across mobile and fixed networks.
• Familiarity with TM Forum or RAG Business Assurance Framework (preferred).
• Basic understanding of advanced technologies such as RPA, AI, or ML (preferred).
• Certifications from TM Forum, RAG, GSMA, or CFCA are an added advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
