Description: Tele sales of Banking products (Freshers are welcome).
Requirements:
1) Minimum Graduation qualification is a must.
2) Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi.
3) Voice calling experience is mandatory for VRM.
4) Fresher’s can be considered if they are interested to work in outbound sales process.
5) Any banking process/customer service profiles eligible.
6) Required basic knowledge on Insurance, CC, Loans…etc.,
7) Required good convincing skills, sales knowledge, adoptable to work at any situations.
8) Candidate need to do outcall and Explain about banking products like (Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance plans, FD’s, Investment Plans etc.,).
9) Need to reach the monthly targets.
10) Need to resolve customer Queries.
11) Maintain good communication skills in Humble Manner.
12) Good Convincing skills.
Perks & Benifits:
1) Fixed Working Hours 9 Hrs (1-hour Break).
2) 6 days Working (Monday to Saturday).
3) Salary Details (16000/- CTC to 20500/- CTC) Depends on candidate experience salary will be negotiable.
4) 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday + All sunday will be Week off.
5) Complete Day shifts Timings 9:00 AM TO 6:30 PM.
