Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for software testing, data validation, and QA.

Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.

Perform SQL-based root-cause analysis, defect trend reviews, and impact assessments.

Facilitate communication across QA, development, product, and business teams.

Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases; support UAT and backlog grooming.

Identify gaps, recommend process improvements, and develop dashboards/reports.
Requirements

Strong analytical/SQL skills; experience in Agile environments preferred.

2+ years in BA roles; domain knowledge in IT/services a plus.
