About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Export Operations Executive to oversee end‑to‑end ocean freight shipments. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and smooth cargo movement. Additionally, you will collaborate with shipping lines, CHAs, and transporters to guarantee timely and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete export shipment cycle (HBL/MBL, SI, draft BL).
- Coordinate with shipping lines for bookings, schedules, and vessel updates.
- Handle pre‑ and post‑shipment documentation and activities.
- Liaise with CHA, transporters, and internal teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure timely filing, compliance, and smooth cargo movement.
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export ocean operations.
- Only Delhi/NCR‑based candidates will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation and compliance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
