Key Requirements & Responsibilities Strong Business Analyst with proven experience in the insurance/reinsurance domain, with the ability to confidently engage in discussions around underwriting, pricing models, and portfolio analytics with business stakeholders. Lead and independently drive discovery and requirement-gathering sessions, effectively translating complex business needs into clear, structured, and actionable data and functional requirements. Act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring accurate interpretation of requirements and smooth execution of deliverables. Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence decisions, manage expectations, and build strong working relationships across teams. Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, validate inputs, and provide data-driven recommendations. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FRDs), process flows, and user stories. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure client environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validation, and implementation phases to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
