Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, create reports, and support data-driven decision-making using Power BI, Tableau, and other analytical tools. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau Perform advanced data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) Query, manage, and maintain databases using DBMS, SQL, and PostgreSQL Apply statistical and analytical techniques to solve business problems Support business teams with data-driven recommendations and performance insights Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or business intelligence Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX basics) Working knowledge of Tableau for data visualization and reporting Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools) Good understanding of DBMS and SQL/PostgreSQL querying Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to explain insights clearly Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and R programming Experience working with large and complex datasets Understanding of data visualization best practices and BI concepts Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and automation techniques Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
