Full job description Unimonks is a leading EdTech initiative founded by Ph.D. alumni from prestigious institutions like JNU, DU, and IIT Delhi. We specialize in entrance test preparation, with a primary focus on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG & PG). Our mission is to empower students and provide them with the highest quality education to excel in their CUET exams and achieve their academic goals. About the Role Unimonks is looking for a result-oriented leader who can build and scale our school outreach and institutional partnership ecosystem across Delhi NCR and beyond. This role goes beyond traditional marketing — it is focused on ground-level expansion, relationship building, and revenue generation through strategic collaborations with schools, coaching institutes, and academic networks. Key Responsibilities 1. School & Institutional Outreach Develop strong relationships with schools, tuition centres, and coaching institutes Initiate and execute seminars, CUET awareness sessions, and career guidance programs Build long-term engagement with principals, coordinators, and teachers Identify high-potential institutions and convert them into active partner channels 2. Partnership Development Structure and close mutually beneficial partnerships (referrals, seminars, scholarship tests) Create a scalable outreach model across multiple localities and cities Maintain and grow a pipeline of institutional leads Ensure consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing 3. Admissions & Revenue Ownership Own the complete funnel: Outreach → Lead → Counselling → Admission Work closely with counsellors to maximize conversion rates Design and execute local campaigns, events, and offline activations Track performance metrics across outreach, partnerships, and admissions 4. Team Leadership & Execution Guide and manage outreach executives and counsellors Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets Monitor field activities, lead quality, and closure efficiency Ensure disciplined reporting and performance tracking What We Are Looking For 3–5 years of experience in education sales, coaching institutes, or ed-tech Proven exposure to school outreach, institutional tie-ups, or B2B education sales Strong network in schools/coaching ecosystem (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to handle parents, students, and institutional stakeholders confidently High ownership mindset with focus on execution, not just planning Compensation & Growth Competitive fixed salary aligned with experience Performance-linked incentives designed to reward consistent execution and outcomes Additional incentives for institutional partnerships and high-performing campaigns Opportunity to grow into a leadership role managing multi-city expansion Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
