We are a leading OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in the Audio Visual (AV) industry, proudly registered on GeM ( Government e-Marketplace). Our product portfolio includes Professional displays, Interactive Flat Panels , Indoor & Outdoor Active LED , conferencing solutions, AV integration products & Solutions, designed for a wide range of applications including government, education, corporate, and institutional sectors.
Role & responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage a network of channel partners / System Integrators (SIs) focused on AV solutions.
Build strong relationships with key partners to promote company offerings on the GeM platform.
Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for government segments via channel partners.
Drive revenue growth through targeted government accounts and tender participation.
Work with pre-sales and solutioning teams to create custom AV solutions that meet buyer specifications.
Maintain deep knowledge of AV products including displays, video conferencing, control systems, digital signage, etc.
Stay updated on government procurement trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, operations, marketing, finance) to support channel partners and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Provide regular business forecasts, sales reports, and performance analysis to leadership.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in channel development, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
Experience with channel strategy, onboarding, enablement, and partner growth plans.
Strong understanding of government procurement workflows and bid processes on the GeM portal.
Familiarity with AV integration standards and government compliance requirements.
Awareness of vertical-specific AV applications (e.g., education, corporate, hospitality, retail, government).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with frequent travel.
