Build brand awareness by telling our company’s story through posts, videos, and other engaging content. Create original graphics, posts, and videos that are visually appealing and consistent across all social media platforms. Also, write how-to guides, articles, and blogs that help people connect with our brand. As a result, we can grow our audience and build a stronger community. In addition, collaborate with industry influencers and bloggers when required. DPL will bear the related expenses.

Business Page and Website

Handle local SEO for the business page and website. This will help improve visibility and attract more relevant traffic.

Lead Generation and CRM

Create graphics, posts, and videos for listed properties and projects to generate leads. In addition, prepare ad posts and videos for DPL’s ad sets whenever needed. Respond to queries and comments within the defined time frame using auto-replies and/or manual replies. Also, monitor social feedback, reviews, and audience sentiment to support better engagement.

MIS and Planning

Track marketing efforts regularly and compare them with the results achieved. Support budgeting, strategy, and planning. Moreover, define goals and decide how they will be measured. Determine what type of content to post, when to post it, and which channels to prioritize. Also, decide who will create and distribute the content. Finally, encourage the audience to share the content.

Research and Strategy

Research competitors to understand what works and what does not. Then identify the target audience based on DPL’s social media goals. Extract the data needed to start social media campaigns. After that, finalize content frames, mockups, and hashtags that match the brand identity. Also, suggest timelines for posting, branding, and distribution.

Content Calendar

Create and follow a content calendar with a clear approval process. This calendar should support weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning. Furthermore, it should track content type, purpose, channel, and performance. This will help identify successful posts so they can be reused when appropriate.

Monthly Deliverables

  • Branding: 8 posts per month based on a predefined theme, including 1 video.

  • Project Promotion: 16 posts per month based on project data, including 4 videos.

  • Festivals and Special Days: 8 posts per month for festivals, awareness days, and similar occasions.

All content must follow a mutually shared and pre-approved fortnightly or monthly social media calendar. In addition, all templates must be designed in 1080 x 1080 pixels, as required for Facebook and Instagram.

Campaigns and Engagement

Create ad content for company ad sets whenever needed for project promotion and lead generation. Also, develop engaging content such as contests, quizzes, and crosswords. Share stories about projects and services, and create call-to-action campaigns to improve engagement.

Engage the target audience through Facebook group sharing. Promote the group across other social media platforms as well. Run ads with a “Join Group” call to action. Invite followers from the existing Facebook page to join the group. In addition, share the group in relevant Facebook groups and cross-promote with other groups when suitable.

Collaborate with bloggers from time to time, subject to prior written approval. DPL will pay the expenses. Also, support employee advocacy in a positive and consistent way.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: ₹11,320.06 to ₹60,000 per month
