Key Responsibilities

Prepare/review US federal/state C Corp tax returns and workpapers.

Support tax provision (ASC 740): Current/deferred calcs, rollforwards, schedules.

Use tax software like CorpTax, ONESOURCE Income Tax, GoSystem Tax RS.
-
Build/reconcile Excel workpapers (pivots, lookups, validations, tie-outs).
-
Partner with teams to gather data and meet deadlines.
-
Spot process improvements (automation, templates) and adopt new tools.

Share knowledge and refine tax processes. (Add infographic: Sample tax workflow)
Required Qualifications

5+ years US Federal Tax experience (Big 4 a plus).

Expert in C Corp income tax compliance/workpapers.
-
Skilled in CorpTax, ONESOURCE, or GoSystem Tax RS.

Strong Excel/Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented, organized, handles multiple deadlines.

Clear communication, team player.

Curious about tech (automation, workflows).
Preferred Qualifications

Multi-state tax knowledge.
