Full job description Job Title: Team Lead – Architecture & Interiors Location: Delhi NCR | Employment Type: Full-time | Experience: 8–10 years About Us: We are a Delhi-based architectural and interior design firm with a focus on high-end residential projects — luxury apartments, villas, and farmhouses. Our design language blends functional aesthetics with luxury, often using rich, dark material palettes and bespoke elements. We are looking for a Team Lead. Role Summary: You will lead multiple high-end residential projects from concept to site handover while managing and mentoring a team of architects, interior designers, and 3D visualisers. You’ll own design quality, timelines, and client relationships for your vertical. Key Responsibilities: - Lead concept design, spatial planning, material selection, and detailing for luxury residential projects - Manage, brief, and mentor a team of 4–6 architects/designers + supervise 3D visualizers for render quality and design accuracy - Set design direction for each project and ensure consistency across drawings, 3D visuals, BOQs, and site execution - Present designs to HNI clients, manage revisions, and maintain design integrity - Review and sign-off on all GFC drawings, renders, and material schedules before release - Coordinate with consultants: structural, MEP, lighting, landscape, AV, and specialist vendors - Plan project timelines, allocate resources, track progress, and proactively resolve bottlenecks - Conduct site visits for design QC, mock-up approvals, and milestone checks - Develop and enforce studio standards: drawing templates, render guidelines, material libraries - Contribute to business development through client pitches and design proposals. Requirements: - B.Arch/M.Arch from a recognized institute - 8–10 years of post-qualification experience with minimum 4 years in luxury/high-end residential - Proven experience leading design teams and delivering built projects. - Strong portfolio of completed luxury homes with drawings, 3D views, and site photographs - Expert in AutoCAD + sketchup. - Working understanding of 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, D5, Lumion — must be able to art-direct 3D output for lighting, composition, and realism - Exceptional detailing knowledge: millwork, stone, metal, lighting, bespoke furniture - Strong aesthetic sensibility across classical and contemporary styles; confident with dark, layered schemes - Excellent client-facing communication and team management skills - Based in Delhi NCR with willingness to travel for sites Leadership Traits We’re Looking For: - Takes end-to-end ownership of design + delivery + team growth - Balances creative vision with practical execution and budgets - Diplomatic but firm in maintaining design standards with clients/vendors - Process-driven, calm under deadlines, and builds people up.
