Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

  • Conduct engaging training sessions on soft skills such as:
    • Communication skills
    • Presentation skills
    • Teamwork & collaboration
    • Time management
    • Conflict resolution
    • Customer service excellence
  • Facilitate both classroom and virtual training sessions.

2. Content Development

  • Design training modules, presentations, and learning materials.
  • Customize content based on audience (freshers, sales teams, managers, etc.).
  • Incorporate role plays, case studies, and interactive activities.

3. Training Need Analysis (TNA)

  • Identify skill gaps through assessments, feedback, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Align training programs with business goals.

4. Assessment & Feedback

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback forms.
  • Track improvement in participant performance.
  • Share reports and insights with stakeholders.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with HR, L&D, and business leaders to plan training calendars.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs.
