ob Description – Tender Executive Company: Quazar Infrastructure Company Location: Chattarpur, New Delhi Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum Industry: Construction / Infrastructure Job Type: Full-time About the Company Quazar Infrastructure Company is a growing construction and infrastructure development firm known for delivering high-quality civil, commercial, and residential projects. We are expanding our operations and seeking a skilled Tender Executive to join our Chattarpur-based team. Position Overview The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, preparing bids, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing tender documents, and ensuring timely submission of proposals for government and private projects and should have construction background. Key Responsibilities Identify relevant tenders through online portals, newspapers, and government websites. Study tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Prepare and compile tender documents including technical, financial, and administrative submissions. Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and finance teams for input and documentation. Ensure compliance with tender requirements and eligibility criteria. Track tender timelines, corrigendums, and pre-bid meeting updates. Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain a database of status and documentation. Prepare cost estimations and assist in pricing strategies for competitive bidding. Manage vendor registrations, empanelments, and renewal processes. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all tender-related documents. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 1–5 years of experience in tendering within construction or infrastructure industry. Strong understanding of CPWD, PWD, DDA, NBCC, and other government tendering processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender portals (GeM, CPPP, e-procurement). Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) Experience in cost estimation and rate analysis. Knowledge of AutoCAD or basic construction drawings.
