Location - Delhi Industry - Building Material / Construction Experience - 2 - 3 years Key Responsibilities Develop in-depth knowledge of AAC Panels and their advantages in modern construction methods Build and manage key relationships with architects, structural consultants, engineers, and procurement heads for project specifications and requirements Lead product presentations, technical discussions, and onsite demos to drive product adoption and awareness Drive business through effective client engagement and consistently achieve sales targets Deliver a superior customer experience and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors Support sales strategies and contribute to campaign execution for AAC Panels within the project sales team Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred Experience & Industry Background 2-4 years of experience in project sales, specifically within the building materials or construction products industry Experience working with AAC products, precast materials, or similar construction products is highly desirable Experience in sales of PUF panels, sandwich panels, or PEB solutions Strong connections with architects and PMCs Engineering background with project sales experience Skills & Competencies Sales & Relationship Management: Strong ability to manage key relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction sector Technical Expertise: Ability to clearly communicate the technical advantages of AAC Panels to architects, engineers, and procurement heads Sales Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, contributing to campaign execution, and achieving sales goals Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive sales discussions and close deals Customer Focus: Strong customer-oriented approach, with the ability to provide tailored solutions that meet client requirements Market Awareness: Understanding of the construction industry and project sales processes, including specification sales and B2B sales cycles CRM & Reporting: Proficient in using CRM tools for lead tracking, sales pipeline management, and performance reporting Team Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Do you have experience in sales of PUF panels, sandwich panels, or PEB solutions?
