Mission of the Role
Enable students and parents to make confident learning decisions by delivering a world‑class counseling experience. Moreover, you will drive enrollments through strong communication, empathy, and outcome‑based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with 65–70 high‑intent, pre‑qualified leads daily (no cold calling; all leads provided).
- Conduct personalized video counseling sessions with parents and adult learners.
- Present the course value clearly and confidently using strong English communication.
- Manage the complete sales and onboarding lifecycle from demo follow‑up to final enrollment.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets through consultative selling.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and ensure smooth onboarding for new learners.
