Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute global business strategies aligned with company objectives Drive international market expansion, new business development, and revenue growth Develop and implement policies and procedures for global operations Operations & Team Management Manage and lead cross-functional, multi-cultural teams across international locations Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for global teams and ensure accountability Oversee supply chain, procurement, and logistics operations globally Streamline operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs Business Development & Client Relations Identify and develop strategic global partnerships and alliances Manage key international client accounts and maintain long-term relationships Represent the company in global conferences, trade fairs, and industry events Financial & Compliance Oversight Manage global P&L, budgets, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and standards Coordinate with finance, legal, and compliance teams across regions Requirements 8–15 years of progressive experience in global operations, business management, or international sales Proven track record of leading and scaling operations across multiple countries Strong understanding of international markets, trade, and business regulations Experience handling large-scale budgets and multi-regional P&L Willingness to travel internationally as required Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ideal Candidate A global thinker with the ability to act locally and lead diverse teams effectively Education: MBA (International Business / Strategy / Operations) or equivalent from a reputed institution Technical Skills: o Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) for global operations management o Strong command of data analytics, MIS reporting, and business intelligence tools o Expertise in project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, MS Project) o Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite o Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) for global account management Languages: English (Fluent/Proficient); additional languages are a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person
