Job description

Responsibilities
  • Assist in employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Coordinate with Payroll team regarding salary inputs
  • Coordinate training sessions and orientation activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Assist in inspections, audits, and statutory submissions

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles. Internship or prior exposure to HR operations will be an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
