Role Purpose To lead the design and integration of a phygital digital health solution by bringing together AI-based platforms, service delivery partners, and data systems to enable a seamless user journey from awareness to service uptake. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Oversight - Solution Design & Architecture · Define the end-to-end user journey across digital and service touchpoints. · Translate program goals into technology requirements and workflows. · Work with partners to design a scalable and user-friendly solution architecture. · Oversee development and pre-testing to ensure alignment with approved design and requirements. 2. Product Customization & User Experience · Work with partners to customize chatbot flows, content journeys and referral pathways. · Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and data. 3. Data Systems & Monitoring · Design and oversee MIS and dashboards to track: user reach engagement, conversion to services and enable real-time data use for decision-making and course correction. 4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Coordinate with technology partners, design agencies and internal program teams. Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
