Purpose/Objective

- The purpose of this role is for timely submission the documents at MGS branch, Proc cell, etc of Tri – services and services under MHA HQ, Banks and other authorities.
Key Responsibilities of Role

- – Timely submission of documents like EMD-BG, tenders, letter corrospondence to relevant departments of Tri-services, services under MHA and Banks.

- – Collection of Bank Guarantees, Demand Draft, Banker’s Cheques and submission of documents for release of foreign payments.

- – Submission of original EUC, DD, etc documents as and when required by DGFT & DDP for license approval.

- – Submission of KYC and other original signed documents at Customs for shipment clearance.

- – Certificate apostile and notorization from CA/ Notary.
