Full job description We are looking for Mixing and Storage Operators responsible for accurate batching, mixing, and storage of beverage products as per formulation standards, ensuring consistency, quality compliance, and uninterrupted supply to the production line. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate batching and mixing of beverage formulations as per SOPs Monitor key parameters such as Brix, pH, and temperature to ensure quality standards Manage storage of finished batches with proper labeling and FIFO/FEFO compliance Ensure timely supply of mixed batches to the production line Operate and maintain mixing tanks, pumps, and storage equipment Follow CIP and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards Conduct basic in-process quality checks and maintain batch records Adhere to FSSAI, GMP, and plant safety guidelines Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in beverage/FMCG manufacturing (mixing/syrup/preparation area preferred). Skills Required: Knowledge of beverage formulations and mixing processes. Understanding of Brix, pH, and food safety standards. Basic understanding of CIP systems and hygiene practices. Attention to detail and accuracy in batching.
