Job description
You will have the opportunity to work on outstanding projects, collaborating with Product Management, Business, and Marketing teams to provide analytics support for our Creative Cloud business. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products and services, making a real difference in the digital experiences we offer our customers!
Responsibilities
- Collect information from multiple platforms such as Databricks, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Amplitude.
- Evaluate, interpret, and analyze the express performance within the Creative Cloud business.
- Provide in-depth analytical support to help drive business decisions and strategies.
- Apply strong web and marketing analytics knowledge to offer actionable insights.
- Continuously seek, report, evaluate, and recommend improvements to improve Express traffic and conversion processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related work experience in online e-commerce environments. An MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Amplitude) for conducting analysis and producing insights.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights effectively.
- Strong analytical and quantitative orientation, with advanced SQL knowledge in large, complex data environments.
- Experience with Azure Databricks data environment (SQL/Python) to synthesize and analyze data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the creation and use of pivot tables for analytics.
- Strong understanding of online product performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
