• Conduct research and drive innovation to develop next-generation solutions across NLP, Speech Assessment (including Indian languages), Image Processing, Price Estimation, Digital Marketing, CRM, Campaign Management, and Data Insights.
• Provide technical thought leadership, coaching, and mentorship to data science teams while collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Evolve and implement machine learning and deep learning approaches across programs and projects.
• Establish best practices and standards for machine learning, statistical evaluation, and model quality to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Identify process efficiencies and enable continuous improvement through applied research and experimentation.

• A Graduate or Post-graduate degree from Tier-I institutes (IITs, IIITs, NITs) with 2 3 years of applied experience in AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience across NLP, deep learning, computer vision, image processing, and introductory exposure to generative AI model building or fine-tuning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with deep learning architectures including Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, and LSTMs, along with statistical modelling and scalable deployment (Spark, Hadoop).
• Practical experience with Generative AI concepts such as LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and prompt engineering; familiarity with GenAI ecosystems (LangChain, LangGraph, Pinecone, CrewAI).
• End-to-end exposure to data wrangling, feature engineering, MLOps, and production deployment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams.
• A passion for solving complex problems, taking research-driven risks, and driving innovation.
