About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Operation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment. If you are passionate about building teams, engaging with talent, and contributing to organizational growth, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

✅ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)

✅ Manage the entire hiring process including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling, and follow-ups.

✅ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

✅ Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.

✅ Assist in onboarding, induction, and other HR operational activities.

✅ Support employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

✅ 1–2 years of proven experience in recruitment/HR operation role.

✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

✅ Knowledge of HR tools, job portals & recruitment strategies.

✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
