Role Description
The Business Development Manager (B2B) is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with corporate clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving partnership strategies to meet sales and growth objectives. Key responsibilities include market research, developing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves monitoring competitive activity and delivering sales reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and B2B sales strategies.
- Strong skills in market analysis, lead generation, and proposal creation.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience in real estate or PropTech sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
