Key Responsibilities Manage complete lifecycle of MEP works for corporate turnkey fit-out projects. Review and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Plan, execute, and monitor MEP activities in alignment with project schedules. Coordinate with architects, designers, clients, consultants, and internal teams. Ensure timely procurement of materials and finalization of vendors/subcontractors. Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards. Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and quality checks. Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising quality. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, codes, and industry standards. Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and documentation. * Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in MEP project management. Prior experience in corporate turnkey interior fit-out projects is mandatory. Experience working with reputed interior contracting or design-build firms is preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile Hands-on experience in fast-track corporate projects. Strong site management and execution background. Ability to work in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment. Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹78,310.72 per month Work Location: In person
