Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
2. Manage multiple client accounts with a strong ROI and performance focus.
3. Optimize funnels for lead generation and e-commerce sales.
4. Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
5. Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
6. Track and report performance using GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
7. Coordinate with creative, content, and strategy teams for campaign execution.
8. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear action plans.

Other requirements
Required Skills (Must-Have):
1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads management.
2. Mandatory experience in a digital marketing agency.
3. Strong understanding of funnels, attribution models, audience segmentation, and scaling frameworks.
4. Proven experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
5. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
6. Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
7. Up-to-date knowledge of platform updates, policies, and ad formats.
(Good-to-Have):
1. Experience with CAPI and advanced tracking setups.
2. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking.
3. Exposure to CRO and landing page optimization.
4. Experience managing ad spends above ₹10L+ monthly.
5. Team leadership or mentoring experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,80,000 – 6,00,000 /year
