Our India office supports accounting, operations, and finance functions for our global companies. We are looking for a detail-oriented Night-Shift Accountant with strong hands-on experience in QuickBooks, Tally, GST/TDS filings, reconciliation, and financial record management. Key Responsibilities Daily accounting entries in QuickBooks and Tally Prepare and file GST returns and TDS filings Bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation Vendor bill posting and invoice matching Maintain books for multiple entities (US & India) Assist with month-end closing activities Maintain financial accuracy, reports, and audit-ready records Coordinate with US team during night shift hours Handle payments, receipts, expense tracking & ledger review Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop / Online Proficiency in Tally ERP Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Excellent understanding of accounting principles Experience with bank reconciliation and financial reporting Good communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to work full night shift aligned with US timings Preferred / Bonus Skills Experience working with US companies Knowledge of Zoho Books or other ERP systems Ability to prepare management reports Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Shift Timing Night Shift (aligning with USA business hours) Full-time position Salary Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonuses may be offered How to Apply Please submit your resume along with: Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
